A major part of our services portfolio is Trademark Law. Here, we handle the formalities and management services related to national, international and European trademark applications. Our team plays an advisory role right from the start by first of all determining whether a trademark is protectable. We then conduct extensive research to assess whether they may be any disputes with respect to the rights of third persons prior to the trademark application. Further to the aforementioned services, we also advise our clients on how to deal with trademark objections, cancelation procedures, or how to deal with litigation brought against the company. Our aim, as always, is to protect the best interests of our clients if a trademark infringement were to occur. Examples could include shipments or displays at a fair.
